Academic Support: Coordinate with teachers to ensure lesson plans and schedules are followed. Assist in the preparation of academic timetables and examination schedules. Monitor students' academic progress and address any issues with relevant teachers or parents. Ensure that class materials and resources are available. 2. Administrative Duties: Maintain student attendance records and ensure accurate documentation. Communicate regularly with students, teachers, and parents regarding schedules, events, and updates. Handle class-related documentation, including student files and performance records. Organize and oversee parent-teacher meetings. 3. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate co-curricular and extracurricular activities for the class. Facilitate participation in school-wide events, competitions, and projects. Ensure smooth execution of class events, such as field trips, celebrations, or awareness campaigns. 4. Student Support: Act as a liaison between students and teachers to address concerns or conflicts. Provide guidance and mentorship to students regarding academics, behavior, and personal growth.
